A short list of what this site stores on your device.
We use only what is needed to keep the pages working, plus one record of the choice you make in the banner at the bottom of the screen.
This website is a set of pages and a contact form. It does not run advertising networks, and it does not embed a third-party analytics product that follows you from site to site. The map in the footer is loaded from Google Maps only on pages that include the footer, which is every page, and that map is a standard embed without an API key on our side.
What we store
When you use the enquiry form, the server keeps a short-lived session so the form can be checked fairly (including a security token and a simple limit on how often a message can be sent). That session is necessary for the form to work as described on the contact page.
When you press Accept or Decline on the cookie banner, we store a value named slg-cookie in your browser’s local storage, with the contents accept or decline. That record exists so we do not show the banner again on every page load. It is not used to build a profile, and it is not sent to a marketing firm.
If you press Decline, we still remember that you answered, using the same slg-cookie record. We do not then enable extra tracking; there is none to enable. The pages, the form, and the map embed behave as they did before.
The map
The footer map is an embed from maps.google.com showing 1 Lorong 2 Toa Payoh. Google may set its own cookies when that frame loads, according to Google’s terms. We do not read those cookies. If you wish to avoid that frame, you can use the address as written and a map of your own choosing. The telephone and email still work without it.
Fonts
Page headings and body text use Epilogue and Spectral, loaded from Google Fonts. That request goes to Google’s font servers. It is how the type is delivered; we do not use it as a measurement tool.
Changing your mind
You can clear stored site data in your browser settings, which will forget the slg-cookie record and show the banner again. You can also write to [email protected] if you have a question this page does not answer. Related details sit in the privacy notice.
