Write, telephone, or come up to the sixth floor.
The first conversation is twenty minutes and does not cost anything. It is how we decide, with you, whether a class is the right next step.
How to reach us
Telephone if you would rather speak. Write if you want to set out the snag in your own words. Visit if you want to see the room before you decide. In all three cases we are trying to hear the same things: what you already manage, what you would like to manage, which language is easier, and whether a weekday morning or a Saturday sits better in your week.
Braddell MRT (NS18) is five minutes on foot. There is a lift. If you use a wheelchair or a walking aid, tell us when you book and we will meet you at the lift lobby on the first visit so you are not left reading unit numbers in a corridor. We do not keep a private car park. If you intend to drive, write first and we will describe the public parking we actually use.
What happens after you send a note
A person from the teaching team reads it. You should expect a reply within one working day, often the same day if you write in the morning. That reply may offer a time for the twenty-minute conversation, or ask one or two questions so the visit is not spent on logistics. We do not pass your details to anyone for their marketing. How we hold the information is described in the privacy notice.
